2.2. Submission of an order does not constitute final acceptance. All service requests are subject to internal review, pricing confirmation, and acceptance by us via email or invoice.

3. Fees and Payment Terms
3.1. Pricing is displayed in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) unless stated otherwise.

3.2. Payment terms:

For online orders: Full or partial payment may be required before service confirmation.
For customised projects: Payment terms will follow the invoice or quotation agreed.
3.3. Late payments beyond 30 days (for invoiced services) may incur a 1.5% monthly interest. Service delivery may be suspended until payment is cleared.

 
4. Cancellations and Refunds
4.1. You may cancel a confirmed service order by contacting us in writing. Refunds (if any) are subject to the following:

Within 24 hours of booking: Full refund, minus transaction fees (if any)
After work has commenced: No refund; partial refund may be considered case-by-case
4.2. We reserve the right to deduct costs for any work, consultation, or administrative effort already undertaken.

4.3. Refunds are not guaranteed for change-of-mind, incomplete instructions, or client-side delays.

 
5. Service Delivery
5.1. Estimated service timelines will be provided after confirmation. Delivery is subject to cooperation and timely provision of information from the Client.

5.2. Delays caused by incomplete data, unresponsive clients, or third-party dependencies are not our responsibility.

 
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:

Provide complete and accurate information
Communicate promptly on project or service requirements
Abide by all applicable laws and not misuse our services or platform
 
7. Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Delays or failure caused by third-party vendors or force majeure events
Any loss of business, profits, or data
Our total liability will not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service.

All information exchanged during service delivery will be treated as confidential and not disclosed to any third party without written consent, unless required by law.

 
9. Compliance with Laws
We and you shall comply with all applicable laws in Malaysia, including:

Contracts Act 1950
Consumer Protection (Electronic Trade Transactions) Regulations 2012
Strategic Trade Act 2010 (if logistics/export involved)
